We are based in Australia so prices are shown in Australian Dollars. A currency converter is readily accessible in the top right hand corner of our shop pages.
Please note that you are not charged purchase tax (GST) if you live outside Australia.
We will fill your order as soon as we can (usually the day it is received).
If we are temporarily out of stock, we will back order and send your item(s) to you as soon as we can.
Any faulty items will be replaced free of charge.
Most items will be sent from Australia, although some may be sent from within New Zealand or UK. This will depend on which is the fastest and most economical way of filling your order for you.
