We use the I AM That Meditation for claiming any quality within ourselves or any thing or characteristic we notice  in the people, situations and events around us. These could include impressions of power, strength, creativity, aliveness, beauty, happiness, competence, and clarity. The meditation takes the user through a simple method of claiming these qualities and our own contribution to any situation. As we do this, we release the hold of others on us and the hold we have on them.
