Ken and Elizabeth Mellor have years of international experience running communities and leading workshops that combine meditative practices with personal growth strategies. They are inspiring spiritual masters and mentors. Always down to earth, they are fun and practical. People usually feel comfortable and safe when with them, and open up to the transcendent, explore their lives in depth, reach decisions that make their lives easier, and commit to using their new understanding to expand and awaken.

Venue: Home of Compassion, 2 Rhine Street, Island Bay, Wellington
Fee: $130 for each day. $360 for all three days
Those in need may apply for a fee reduction.

number of the three days.

Meditation Evening

These days, meditation has gained wide acceptance. It offers benefits in every area of our lives. It is an aid to living a happier, healthier, more stress-free and peaceful life.


Ken and Elizabeth Mellor teach many different forms of meditation (including Mantra Meditation) which are particularly suited to busy people living in the modern world. The meditations are designed to bring everyday consciousness and the Divine together. Along with the everyday benefits, they help us to awaken to who we are and so realise our full potential.
