Weekly Meditation Programs in Victoria
Ken and/or Elizabeth Mellor regular meditation programs both in Melbourne (Victoria) and Seymour (Central Victoria).
They are:
- Monthly Sessions at Fawkner Park, South Yarra
- Weekly Session in Northcote (except for the first week of the month)
- Weekly Session in Seymour
Monthly Sessions at Fawkner Park
These evenings start with a brief talk on meditation or related subjects by Ken or Elizabeth. These talks stand alone, so people who have not attended the earlier ones can easily understand the later ones. Everyone is welcome.

Weekly Sessions in Northcote
These sessions are held weekly with the exception of the first Wednesday of each month. On those nights the meditations are held at Fawkner Park (as above).

Weekly Sessions in Seymour
These sessions are held at Ken's and Elizabeth's home near Seymour in Central Victoria. These evenings are mostly conducted in silence with the opportunity for direct transmission from Ken and/or Elizabethe during that time in what is called Silent Darshan.
